Training & Conference Policies

Training and conference opportunities are supported through agency-sponsored education and training programs based on available agency training budgets. Each agency is responsible for determining its own unique training needs and for assuring the application of agency policy to meet training program goals as required under s.230.046, Wis. Stats, and Wis. Adm. Code, Chapter ER 44, Employee Development and Training.  

Agency Human Resources or Training staff are best able to address questions related to policy and process at each agency.
