COVID-19 - Mental Health & Well-Being Resources


 

The Division of Personnel Management has teamed up with the Department of Health Services and Employee Trust Funds to compile a list of mental health and well-being resources to help you and your family stay well and connected during this unprecedented time.

Well Wisconsin

  • The Well Wisconsin WebMD One Portal is a robust resource that provides employees with tools to support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Check out the Portal for the latest offerings, or head to the ETF website for more information on the Well Wisconsin program.

  • Note: The portal is available to all state employees enrolled in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) regardless of participation in the State Group Health Plan. For questions, please contact the DPM Wellness Coordinator.


State Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP provides state employees and their families with free and confidential assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Assistance can be provided via telephone, face-to-face and teleconference for the topics of:

  • Stress, depression and personal problems
  • Family and relationship concerns
  • Alcohol and drug dependency
  • Workplace conflicts
  • Legal and financial consultation
  • Disaster and pandemic related resources

Professional Development Resources

​The Bureau of Training and Development has compiled a list of free professional development resources​ that are available to all staff. Topics vary, but the list concentrates on topics that are most relevant at this time, such as teleworking tips, virtual meetings, leadership, managing remote teams, etc. These courses and information are made available for free by a variety of organizations and companies during this situation.
