Well Wisconsin is the uniform wellness benefit available to employees and their spouse currently enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers resources to assist with maintenance or improvement of your health and well-being and offers the opportunity to earn a $150 incentive for both you and your covered spouse. The program is voluntary and provided at no cost.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides State of Wisconsin employees and their household family members free and confidential support 24 hours a day, seven days a week for a variety of issues – ranging from everyday matters to more serious concerns. The Enterprise Wellness and EAP Coordinator is available to support state agency wellness initiatives and goals by providing comprehensive consultation, support, and guidance to Wellness Champions and agency staff across the enterprise. In collaboration with state agencies, we work with you to develop and implement wellness programs tailored to employees' unique needs, offering expert advice, resources, and strategies to promote overall well-being. Our support includes facilitating access to wellness resources, organizing training sessions, and ensuring alignment with organizational wellness goals, empowering Wellness Champions to create impactful initiatives that enhance employee health and productivity.
