About My Benefits
The My Benefits portal offers access to ETF-administered applications. Currently the portal allows State of Wisconsin employees to access My Annual Statement of Benefits (WRS statements).
My Benefits requires a MyWisconsin ID (see below). If you have not created a MyWisconsin ID and activated the My Benefits portal, we encourage you to get started. ETF has an
introductory video and help page on the My Benefits page under the “First Time Access” heading.
About MyWisconsin ID
MyWisconsin ID is the State of Wisconsin’s identity solution, tied to a personal email address (not a .gov address) that allows you to securely access participating online state services, including ETF’s My Benefits portal, using a single user ID and password.

Beginning May 1, 2026, ETF will add a new self-service application to their My Benefits portal called My Insurance Benefits.
My Insurance Benefits will allow all eligible state employees to enroll in benefits at hire and during open enrollment. Employees can view their insurance coverage and pre-tax savings account information at any time, including:
- Health
- Dental
- Vision
- Accident
- Income Continuation
- Life Insurance
- Health Saving Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Parking and Transit Accounts
With My Insurance Benefits, employees will also be able to initiate their own benefit changes when they have a life event such as marriage, birth, adoption, etc. Employees will submit required supporting documentation in My Insurance Benefits as well.
