Payroll Calendars

State employees are paid on the second Thursday following a biweekly pay period.  The Payroll Calendars below contain the paycheck dates and legal holidays by year.​​

Payroll Deduction Schedules

Employee insurance contributions are split over the "A" and "B" paychecks of each month.  When there are three paychecks in a month, no insurance deductions are taken from the "C" paycheck.  The deduction schedules below show the frequency and type of deductions on each paycheck.
