BMRS offers recruitment and selection ​policy and procedure training, consultation and technical assistance to all agencies. HR staff can contact us about developing new types of assessments, developing multi-class/multi-level recruitment and assessment strategies; setup and troubleshooting recruitment and selection systems and tools.

Contact BMRS to utilize available standardized assessments for the following job categories:​

  • Administrative Support

  • Attorney

  • Human Resources (BMRS is the recruiter for Career Executive positions and will consult on other HR classes)

  • Law Enforcement​​​

Training provided:

  • Required - Curriculum: ​Assessment Development Series for HR Professionals (assigned at hire on transcript) 
  • BMRS Office Hours​ recorded sessions on various recruitment and selection topics​​​
