These are typically hour long, informal training sessions facilitated by BMRS staff for the purpose of sharing best
practices and information on recruitment and selection related topics across the enterprise. BMRS will also provide policy updates and communicate Bureau initiatives as appropriate. The target audience will typically be HR staff responsible for recruitment and selection and records maintenance activities. Attendance is optional.
