The Division of Personnel Management establishes policies in the form of policy bulletins and chapters in the Wisconsin Human Resources Handbook. These documents are established within the laws and administrative codes which govern HR within the State of Wisconsin. The primary audience for these documents is the HR community but the information available to employees, supervisors, and managers.
