Learn About Wellness

Employee health and well-being is important to the State of Wisconsin. We encourage employees to utilize the many well-being tools and resources available through the State of Wisconsin's Group Health Insurance Program including the Well Wisconsin incentive program to support you in living well.

About the Well Wisconsin Incentive Program

The Well Wisconsin incentive is the uniform wellness benefit available to employees and their spouses currently enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. To earn your 2021 $150 incentive gift card, participants must complete these three steps by October 8, 2021:

  • Step 1: Complete a health check.
    Options include:
    • Biometric Screening
    • Health Care Provider Form
    • Dental Visit
    • One Health Coaching call
    • Home Test Kit
  • Step 2: Complete the WebMD One online Health Assessment
  • Step 3: Complete one well-being activity

Employees and spouses can complete these steps and access additional tools and resources, including free one-on-one health coaching, wellbeing challenges and more via the WebMD One Well Wisconsin Portal.

Note: Participants in this program may receive outreach calls from WebMD offering to enroll the employee or spouse in the voluntary health coaching or disease management programs. These programs are free and confidential. If you do not wish to participate in WebMD’s health coaching, simply ask to be removed from WebMD outreach call list.
