Employee health and well-being is important to the State of Wisconsin. We encourage employees to utilize the many well-being tools and resources available through the State of Wisconsin's Group Health Insurance Program including the Well Wisconsin incentive program to support you in living well.
About the Well Wisconsin Incentive Program
Well Wisconsin is the uniform wellness benefit available to employees and their spouse currently enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers resources to assist with maintenance or improvement of your health and well-being and offers the opportunity to earn a $150 incentive for both you and your covered spouse. The program is voluntary and provided at no cost.
To access the Well Wisconsin Program, please visit the WebMD One Portal to create an account. You may also download the Wellness at Your Side mobile app through the App Store or on Google Play, connection code: SOWI.
How to earn the $150 incentive
To earn the $150 incentive gift card, participants must complete a health assessment, health check and one well-being activity by mid-October*
- Step 1: Complete the WebMD One online Health Assessment
- Step 2: Complete a health check.
- Options include:
- Onsite biometric screening
- Health Care Provider Form
- Home Test Kit
- Dental cleaning
- Health coaching session
- Step 3: Complete one well-being activity
- Options can be viewed on the WebMD ONE portal
Employees and spouses can complete these step and access additional tools and resources, including free one-on-one health coaching, wellbeing challenges and more via the WebMD One Portal.
