Well Wisconsin Program

Well Wisconsin is the uniform wellness benefit available to employees and their spouse currently enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers resources to assist with maintenance or improvement of your health and well-being and offers the opportunity to earn a $150 incentive for both you and your covered spouse. The program is voluntary and provided at no cost.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides State of Wisconsin employees and their household family members free and confidential support 24 hours a day, seven days a week for a variety of issues – ranging from everyday matters to more serious concerns. Financial Well-being

ELEVATE WISCONSIN: The Course to Financial Security

  • Supported by the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy and Capability, ELEVATE Wisconsin provides trustworthy and unbiased financial well-being content that does not try to sell products and services. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, employees can access this FREE benefit and create an account by ​visiting the ELEVATE Wisconsin website.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • The EAP has several tools to support financial well-being including legal and financial consultations with experts and many online tools to educate and plan. Check out the Legal and Financial program services flyer for more information.

Physical Activity

State Employees have access to a variety of resources that encourage and support physical activity.

Wellness Rooms in State Office Buildings

Several of our state office buildings have wellness room spaces outfitted with exercise equipment and/or space to engage in physical activity. These rooms are for use by state employees and most require state ID key card access. Please contact your agency human resources for more information on wellness spaces available near you. ​

Nursing at Work

Mother’s Rooms

  • State employees and contractors who are nursing have access to private lactation rooms in State-owned office buildings. These rooms are designed to provide a safe, comfortable space for expressing breast milk after returning to work. To request access to a lactation room, please work with your Tenant Coordinator, who can assist with card access updates or key checkout as needed.

For Champions

The Enterprise Wellness and EAP Coordinator is available to support state agency wellness initiatives and goals by providing comprehensive consultation, support, and guidance to Wellness Champions and agency staff across the enterprise. In collaboration with state agencies, we work with you to develop and implement wellness programs tailored to employees' unique needs, offering expert advice, resources, and strategies to promote overall well-being. Our support includes facilitating access to wellness resources, organizing training sessions, and ensuring alignment with organizational wellness goals, empowering Wellness Champions to create impactful initiatives that enhance employee health and productivity.
