Payroll Calendars

State employees are paid on the second Thursday following a biweekly pay period.  The Payroll Calendars below contain the paycheck dates and legal holidays by year.


Payroll Deduction Schedules

Employee insurance contributions are split over the "A" and "B" paychecks of each month.  When there are three paychecks in a month, no insurance deductions are taken from the "C" paycheck.  The deduction schedules below show the frequency and type of deductions on each paycheck.
