The Division of Personnel Management (DPM) provides leadership and support to other state agencies in human resources management. DPM oversees the state civil service system, manages labor relations, develops and maintains the state classification and compensation systems, and leads the state's affirmative action and equal opportunity employment programs. Our ultimate goal is to ensure state government is equipped with a talented and diverse workforce to provide the best possible service to the public.

The Division is comprised of the following bureaus:
