The Bureau of Merit, Recruitment, and Selection (BMRS), in collaboration with the Bureau of Equity and Inclusion (BEI), regularly publish several enterprise workforce reports. These reports are accessible by anyone, including the public, and provide metrics and analyses of the personnel composition across the enterprise and by agency.
