Payroll Calendars

Employees of the State of Wisconsin are paid on Thursdays following a biweekly pay cycle using direct deposit.  New employees generally wait 30 days for their first paycheck.  Employees can keep track of the payroll cycle by using the State Payroll Calendar.  
                                                            

Payroll Deduction Schedules

Employee contributions to benefits are deducted from each paycheck to allow an even split of the benefit costs for payrolls "A" and "B" of each month.  In a month with three paychecks, no insurance deductions are taken from the "C" payroll.  Employees can use the links below to review the benefit deduction cycle.
