The Securian Accident Plan provides a lump sum cash payment directly to you for covered injuries, emergency and hospital care, surgery, and follow-up care. Additional benefits include:
You select who will be covered under the plan. You will select one of the following coverage levels:
New employees can enroll within 30 days of hire.
Employees may enroll in or make changes to coverage during the annual open enrollment period.
Employees can enroll or change coverage level due to a qualifying life event (ex., addition of a dependent).
