Effective August 1, 2018 numerous ER and ER-MRS Administrative Rules were updated to reflect changes made to Chapter 230 as a result of 2016 Act 150. Additional changes were made to reflect current business practices or to improve language which was identified as possibly confusing or misunderstood. Each of the Rules listed below illustrates the specific changes to made to each provision.
