2025 Benefit Changes
Dean Health Plan - Prevea 360 West will have a name change for 2025. The new name will be Dean Health Plan Medica West. No action required of employees who wish to stay with this plan.
No changes to premiums for Delta Dental, Delta Vision, Preventive Dental, and the Accident Plans.
