OE Communications & Queries

This page contains information about the various communications that are sent due to Open Enrollment. Click here to go back to OE Administrator Page.

NOTE: The text of the emails will not be available until closer to the date that the message will be sent.

Emails Sent Via Employee Messaging

For each Employee Message, there will be two queries:

Query that begins "OE_2026"
- All employees who meet eligibility requirements (if there are issues with the IAM, the employee will not receive an email via Employee Messaging).
- Note: The ability to see results on most of the OE_2026 queries will not be available until the start of OE.
Query that begins "EM_OE2026"
- All employees who received the message via Employee Messaging (this is a static query that is available after the message is sent). If there is a date at the end of the query name, use that query to see who received the message on a specific date.
- Note: The ability to see results on the EM_2026 queries will not be available until the message is sent.
