TAM - Recruiting Solutions
You can find guidelines, job aids, and previously recorded training sessions for our Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway (the wisc.jobs public interface) on the
Recruiting Solutions page. This includes step-by-step instructions on how to create and manage a recruitment through TAM and how to manage hires.
TAM is a module in STAR HCM and allows information to transfer seamlessly from recruiting to hiring. It also provides employees access to apply for positions.
BMRS provides recruiting technical support and guidance to HR staff and would love to help you with your special recruiting needs. Whether it's a large recruitment or a specialized position, we're available to partner with you to find a solution or develop a recruiting plan.
